1. The customer who isn't satisfied with the lace wigs, please contact us by email lacewigtrend@gmail.com within 48 hours to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available. 
2. Please send pictures of the lace wig to us when you decide to make exchange or return. 
3. The exchange can be done in the same style, and if you want to exchange the different style, you should pay the price difference. 
4. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange, but Clients need to afford the shipping cost of the wig. For refund cases the shipping fee will be deducted form your refund. But if it is quality problem, you get full refund. After we confirm your exchange or return request, then you can send the wig back to us
5. In order to ensure the safe transport of the wig ,be sure to contact us before sending the wig back, Please ! We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from. 
6. This promise is applied for the in stock lace wigs, not include any used wigs, custom lace wigs, special offer products except for any quality problem.
The product has to be returned in its original state with no alterations made to include the following:
Wig must be tried on with a wig cap
Wig cannot be worn
Wig must be returned in the original packaging
Wig lace cannot be cut, torn, dyed or altered in any manner
Wig cannot contain any tape, glue or residue
Wig cannot contain any chemicals, dyes, or other hair products
Wig's hair cannot be cut, styled, or altered in any manner

Return & Exchange Policy

1. The customer who isn't satisfied with our lace wigs for any reason, please contact us by email aprillacewigs@gmail.com within 48 hours after u receive the wig to make application of "return or exchange" since you sign for your goods. Overdue this item is not available

----We will refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission!


2. Please send pictures of wig front lace to us when you decide to make an exchange or return. 

----We don't accept the return/exchange if you have cut the lace for any reason

----Also, custom orders can't be returned or exchanged.


3. If the wig is untouched and u would like to exchange for another wig, you should pay the price difference and shipping cost for both ways. (20$/30$ from China to your country)

---We ONLY accept Postal Parcel for the return packages. (Post office is the only method). DO NOT send the wig(s) by UPS, DHL, FedEx or TNT. Or customer needs to pay for all fees.

----Declare the value is $20. it's Hair sample (avoiding high customs fee)

----The customer needs to afford the customs tax if the package was sent back by the express delivery or declared a high package value.


4. There won't be any re-stocking fee charged for exchange, but if you are returning the wig for a refund, the refund will be processed after we receive the wig, and the shipping fee you paid when u order it will be deducted from your refund.

----if you are returning the wig for an exchange, the exchange item needs to be shipped out ONLY after we receive the return.
